Become a West Berkshire Directory Champion
We're inviting professionals to become West Berkshire DirectoryChampions - informal ambassadors who help raise awareness of the
Directory and support others in using it.
What Champions do
- share the Directory: spread the word through your networks, community groups, communication channels, or by adding a link to your website
- support others: help people especially those without digital access navigate the Directory or print search results for them
This new initiative is designed to help us reach more residents, particularly those who may be isolated or less connected.
As a Champion, you'll be well-placed to share useful local information with people who might not otherwise come across it.
Getting involed
If you or your team are happy to take part, we may ask for your permission to include your organisation's contact details in a printed leaflet for offline users. This is entirely optional and not a requirement to be a Champion.
Any organisation can take part whether you connect with hundreds of people or just a few. The role is comepletely flexible, allowing you to share information in ways that suit you and your community.
