The Community Outreach Service aims to empower individuals and communities by providing early support locally. The Community Hub aims to meet everyone's needs, whether that's helping with benefits, housing advice, form filling, signposting, referrals, or technology help.

Officers will be available at local venues, serving as one-stop shops for support and information.

Join us in July:

• Tuesday 8th - The Kennet Christian Centre, Newbury 1pm-3pm, Solutions4Health will be there too
• Wednesday 2nd, 16th, 30th - Hungerford indoor market, Hungerford Town Hall 9.30am-12.30pm
• Wednesday 9th, 23rd - Newbury Library, 12pm-3pm
• Wednesday 16th - Speen Community Cafe, Speen, 2pm-4pm, Solutions4Health will be there too
• Thursday 3rd - Thatcham Baptist Church, Thatcham 1pm-3pm, Solutions4Health will be there too
